QR Features

Key Capabilities

Custom Code Creator

Flexible data type inputs

Generates standard matrix blocks for web URLs, plain texts, phone dialing parameters, Wi-Fi credentials, or VCards.

Adjustable Error Correction levels

Uses standard Reed-Solomon algorithms to support 7% (L) up to 30% (H) data recovery splits.

Custom color palettes

Permits styling parameters beyond black-and-white to select background and foreground shades.

Vector SVG exporting

Permits downloading code matrixes as lightweight scalable SVG files or standard high-DPI PNG formats.

100% Client-Side Privacy

Your URL links, Wi-Fi credentials, personal text configurations, and downloaded code assets are processed strictly locally. Rendering logic executes client-side inside your browser sandbox, with no server logs or databases tracking your codes.

QR Code Questions

Quick help
Q1 What is a QR code and how does it work?
A Quick Response (QR) code is a two-dimensional barcode consisting of black modules arranged in a square grid on a white background. Devices like smartphone cameras read the horizontal and vertical patterns to resolve URLs or text instantly.
Q2 What does "Error Correction Level" mean?
Error correction allows a QR code to be scanned successfully even if parts of the visual grid are scratched, dirty, or obscured. Higher levels (like Level H) permit up to 30% of the symbol grid to be unreadable or covered.
Q3 Can generated QR codes expire?
No. Since these are static QR codes (meaning the encoded URL or text parameters are baked directly into the matrix pattern), they will function indefinitely and can never expire.
Q4 Why is my QR code not scanning?
Ensure there is sufficient color contrast between the dots and the background (dark dots on light backgrounds scan best). Scanning may also fail if the text string is extremely long, making the module dots too small.
Q5 Are my private URL links, text codes, or scan parameters stored?
No, never. All URL strings, data packing arrays, formatting models, and pixel rendering calculations occur client-side inside your browser sandbox. Your codes are never uploaded or tracked on external databases.
