Common Questions Answered

Quick help
Q1 How does the Countdown timer sync?
It calculates the difference between your target date and your device's active local system clock, updating the remaining milliseconds in real-time.
Q2 Will my countdown link work for others?
Yes! The share button encodes the target date, time, and custom name into a URL parameter. Anyone who opens the link will see the correct countdown sync'd to their local time.
Q3 Does it support timezone offsets?
By default, the countdown target is set in your local system timezone. You can also specify standard UTC offsets for global event synchronization.
Q4 Can I set multiple countdowns?
Yes. You can open multiple tabs to track separate events, or save multiple cards locally to view in a running list.
Q5 Is my custom event data saved on servers?
No. Your settings are encoded in the URL itself or saved locally in browser storage. No personal data is stored on our databases.
