Common Questions Answered

Quick help
Q1 Can I duplicate pages while reordering?
Yes, the workspace editor provides option buttons on each page card to duplicate or copy specific pages directly in the visual queue.
Q2 Will internal links and bookmarks still work?
Yes. The underlying reordering engine dynamically maps the new page index reference structure, which helps keep local hyperlinks working.
Q3 Is there a page count limit for visual reordering?
We support files with hundreds of pages. However, rendering many high-resolution thumbnails is memory-intensive and performance depends on your device's speed.
Q4 Can I reorder pages of a locked PDF?
Yes, you will simply be prompted to supply the open credentials or owner password when loading the document into the reorder view.
Q5 Are my private files uploaded to a server?
Never. All page extraction, rendering, sorting, and file rebuild logic run entirely offline in browser RAM. Your files never leave your machine.
