Google dork queries are also called google shortcuts. It is not usually used by a normal visitor. It is for the exceptional searcher for best SEO practices.
In this post, I am going to elaborate the google dork queries, and how it can be used to increase our search productivity in a better way.
What exactly is a google dork?
Google dork is a search query that uses for advanced search to find information that is not normally available on a website.
The results returned by Google Dark Query are generally difficult to find through simple, straightforward search queries. So these questions are used by hackers to find better information on the website which is not intended for the public, which easily makes the website vulnerable.
How do we get benefits from google dork queries?
So by using Google dork queries we can get instant results without spending much time on search using various queries.
For example, I would like to get a PDF on the topic ‘Affiliate Marketing’ using Google search.
For this, we do not need to search for ‘Affiliate Marketing PDF File’ and then go to the search results and look at the PDF output files. Instead, we can search directly from the Google dork query as shown in the example below.

From the above query, Google understands that you are looking for a PDF output format on the topic ‘Affiliate Marketing’, so it directly lists all the matching results that are in PDF format. So after clicking on the result, PDF will be open / downloaded directly without visiting the website.

filetype/ext: You can enter the file format you are looking for directly to use it. I am looking for some data (like affiliate marketing) in PDF format, you can restrict the output file format to PDF as shown in the example below.

link: This will shows webpages that have links to the specified webpage.
link: www.inspiritlive.cominfo: This will show information about the webpage.
info:www.inspiritlive.comsite: Restricts the search to the particular site we have mentioned. The query below only searches for Google dorks on the inspiritlive.com website.
site:www.inspiritlive.com google dorksinurl: If this is included in the search query, Google will limit the results to documents that contain one of the search terms in their URL.
inurl:inspiritlive seoallinurl: If this is included in the search query, Google will limit the results to documents containing all the search terms in their URL
allinurl:inspiritlive seointitle: If this is included in the search query, Google will limit the results to documents containing any of the search terms in their title.
intitle:inspiritlive seoallintitle: If this is included in the search query, Google will limit the results to documents containing all the search terms in their title

[define:seo]related: This will get the web pages only matching to those of the mentioned website. The query below lists web pages that match www.inspiritlive.com.
related:www.inspiritlive.comstocks: The word mentioned after “stocks:” is considered the stock symbol, and therefore, it will display content related to the stock market. The example below shows the results for the stock symbol GOOGL.
[stocks:GOOGL]cache: Using this, we can search the cached version of a website for a string. The website URL should be mentioned just after the “cache:” with no spaces, as shown in the example below.
